The Maker House currently ships orders within Canada only.

Free Canada-Wide Shipping

Standard shipping is free anywhere in Canada. No shipping charge is added for eligible Canadian delivery addresses.

Made-to-Order Production

Our custom address signs are made to order. Production time can vary depending on the selected product, design and current order volume. We focus on preparing each personalized sign carefully before dispatch.

Delivery Timing

Carrier delivery times are estimates and can vary by destination, weather, seasonal volume and other factors outside our control. When tracking information is available, it will be provided after the order is dispatched.

Shipping Address

Please review the shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once an order has entered production or shipping.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible and include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.
